Bannana Pudding (Quick)

This is a banana pudding recipe that was adopted after instant pudding and cream whipped topping became available. To my taste, it’s not quite as good as the original but it’s easy to make and good in a pinch.

Ingredients

8 ripe bananas, sliced

1 box vanilla wafers

2 large boxes instant, sugar-free vanilla pudding

8 ounces sour cream, non-fat

12 ounces whipped cream topping

‍

Directions

Mix pudding according to directions. Blend sour cream and half the whipped topping into pudding. In 8x13 dish or glass bowl, layer pudding mixture, vanilla wafers, and banana slices. Finish with a layer of pudding mixture and top with remaining whipped cream topping. Chill in refrigerator overnight before serving.
