William d'Aubigny, 3rd Earl of Arundel (c. 1167 - 1221) was a son of William d'Aubigny, 2nd Earl of Arundel and Maud de St. Hilaire.
His paternal grandparents were William d'Aubigny, 1st Earl of Arundel and Adeliza of Louvain. His maternal grandparents were James de St. Hilaire and his wife Aveline.
William was a favorite of King John. He was one of the 25 guarantors of the Magna Carta. He took part in the Fifth Crusade, and died in Italy on his journey home.
